  1. concluded agreements with the FPP, also before 25 May 2018, or undertook activities aimed at concluding such agreements.
    Your personal data is processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract(s), and the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (i.e. the conclusion and performance of the contract).
    The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose of the processing.
    Your personal data will be processed until the statute of limitations of your contractual claims expires.

The progress of works in the 6.3 building is at the level of 89%.

The walls, pillars as well as floor headers up to floor +17 together with the ceiling above the floor +17 have been completed. The reinforced concrete firewalls of the roof, the walls and the lift shafts have been completed. The bricklaying works have also been completed. Dividing as well as curtain walls from 1 to 17 floor are done. PVC windows have been put up. Internal plastering of flats has been done, there are still works to be done on floors 14 and 17. Insulation works of corridor walls in flats are ongoing as well as those of staircases made of mineral wool as well as the insulation works of balconies and loggias - metal works and separation layer as well as putting up tiles. Works on the roof have been completed - the insulation has been done, the pressure layer - concrete levelling and insulation layer has been put up.Metal works of the chimneys and firewalls are also completed. Works outside of the building are also ongoing - external scaffolding has been put up and thermal insulation of the roof is currently in progress - Styrofoam and mineral wool (floors 1 - 17). 95% of the east side has been done, 95% of the west side, 95% of the north one and 90% of the south one. The mesh reinforcement is also being done just like the plaster coating. The railings of balconies are being installed on an ongoing basis. Damp prevention installation has been done and the installation of drainage has been started. Sanitary installations have also been done - water, sewage and heating in the garage, water supply, sewage and heating in flats and electrical works - cabling - has been done. Tele technical network of the building is being done on an ongoing basis. Ventilation installation of the building is being done, ventilation shafts have been added. The installation works of various devices (central panels and ventilators) as well as the flat doors and finishing works in the underground car park are ongoing. Aluminium windows as well as technical doors in the garage have been added. The second phase of the network works is now completed - sanitary and storm water drainage as well as works relating to central heating network and the district heating substation. Road works have been started - excavation works and preparing sub-layer for the road and pavements.

The progress of works in the 6.2 building is at the level of 28% and 22% in the 6.1 building.

The area has been developed, temporary access roads have been prepared and the excavation for the foundation plate as well as the diaphragm and the platform for heavy machinery performing the works  on the diaphragm wall are now ready. The construction of the diaphragm wall has come to an end - it was dug out, reinforced and all the sections have been covered with concrete. The top plate of the diaphragm wall has been carried out together with the connectors to the reinforced concrete wall in the 6.2 and 6.1 building. The excavation works for the 6.2 and 6.1 buildings have been finalized, the stretchers for the diaphragm wall have also been installed. The works on the foundations have been completed.

6.2 building

The layer of the basis concrete has been added ('lean concrete') under the 6.2 building. On it the waterproof insulation has been added as well as the works on reinforcing the foundation slab have been started. The foundation slab has been covered with concrete, the insulation of the expansion joint of the building has been done just like the circumferential insulation of the foundation slab. Elements made of reinforced concrete have been added on the foundation slab (reinforced concrete walls and pillars) on the -2 floor including the ceiling of the 02 level. The drive-in ramp at the -1 level to -2  as well as from level 0 to -1 has been done. Elements made of reinforced concrete have been completed on the -1 and -2 levels (reinforced concrete walls and pillars). The works on the ceiling of the 0 level are currently ongoing. Clapboard works are ongoing as are the works on reinforcing the floor above the 0 level.

6.1 building

The layer of the basis concrete has been added ('lean concrete') under the 6.1 building. On it the waterproof insulation has been added. The foundation slab has also been completed. The works on reinforcing the foundation slab have been completed. The reinforcements have been done (walls, pillars) of the -2 level and -1 level together with the ceilings. The reinforcing is taking place above the 0 level have been done in approx. 70%. The reinforcing works above the 0 level have been completed in approx. 40%  of the ceiling above level 0.

The progress of works in the B2 building is at the level of 89%.

The foundation plate has been completed in 100% just like the walls of basements together with ceilings above basements, insulation of the basement walls as well as vertical elements from the ground floor level up to fourth floor as well as the ceilings above all floors and walls from the ground floor to the fourth floor. Plastering has been completed in 98% while the windows and doors have been put in 98% of the building. The electrical and sanitary installations have been done in 98% while the aluminium ones in 95%. The thermal insulation in the garage and the roofs, ledges, the fixed joinery as well as tiles in staircases have been done in 98%, doors to flats in 95%. Lifts have been installed in 100%. The elevation has been completed in 90% just like the development of the area.

The construction of the building has been performed - the reinforced concrete works. The walls, pillars as well as floor headers up to floor +17 together with the ceiling above the floor +17. The painting works are being continued - wall whitening has been done on floors 2-10.  Insulation works of corridor walls in flats are ongoing as well as those of staircases made of mineral wool as well as the insulation works of balconies and loggias - metal works and separation layer. Works on the roof are also ongoing - the insulation has been done, the pressure layer - concrete levelling and insulation layer has been put up. Works outside of the building are also ongoing - external scaffolding has been put up and thermal insulation of the roof is currently in progress - Styrofoam and mineral wool (floors 1 - 17). 95% of the east side has been done, 95% of the west side, 75% of the north one and 90% of the south one. The mesh reinforcement is also being done just like the plaster coating. The railings of balconies are being installed on an ongoing basis. Sanitary installations are also being done - water, sewage and heating in the garage, water supply, sewage and heating in flats and electrical works - cabling - has been done up to floor +17. Tele technical network of the building is being done on an ongoing basis.

Ventilation installation of the building is being done - up the floor +17. Installation accessories are also being installed - fire dampers, pressure boosters, central, electrical distribution panels, etc. The installation of heaters as well as mechanical ventilation fans is ongoing.

The second phase of network works is now completed - sanitary and storm water drainage as well as works relating to central heating network and the district heating substation. The reinforced holding tank has been installed.

Elements made of reinforced concrete are being added on the foundation slab (reinforced concrete walls and pillars) on the -2 floor which has been done in 80%. The works on the formwork for the ceiling above the -2 level have also started.

6.1 building

The layer of the basis concrete has been added ('lean concrete') under the 6.1 building. On it the waterproof insulation has been added. The foundation slab has also been completed. The works on reinforcing the foundation slab are in progress. The first part of the slab has been covered with concrete. The reinforcements have been done and the deeper parts of the slab have been covered with concrete. The reinforcing is taking place on the remaining part of the slab - the works have been done in 75%. The reinforcing of the pillars on the -2 level has been completed in that part of the slab.

So far the land has been developed and the temporary access roads have been built as well as the dig out for the foundation slab to protect the dig out as well as the diaphragm wall and the platform for heavy machinery performing the construction works of the diaphragm wall. The construction works of the diaphragm wall have been completed - it was dug out, reinforced and all the sections have been covered with concrete along the circumference for buildings  6.2 i 6.1. The top plate of the diaphragm wall has been carried out together with the connectors to the reinforced concrete wall in the 6.2 and 6.1 building. The excavation works for the 6.2 building have been finalised, the stretchers for the diaphragm walls have also been installed. The excavation works for 6.1 building are being finalised with the works being 90% complete. The foundation works have been started. The layer of the basis concrete has been added ('lean concrete') under the 6.2 building. On it the waterproof insulation has been added as well as the works on reinforcing the foundation slab have been started.

The progress of works in the 6.3 building is at the level of 65%.

The construction of the building has been performed - the reinforced concrete construction works.The construction of walls, columns, headers of the floors +17 have been completed together with the ceiling above the floor +17. The reinforced concrete firewalls of the roof as well as the shafts of lifts have been performed. The masonry works are about to be finished. The protective and dividing walls have been built from 1st to 17th floor. Windows have been installed on floors 1-17. Internal plastering of flats on floors 10-13 and 14-16 has been done, what's left is to finish the works on floors 15, 7 and 17. The base for floors on floors 1-11 has been done. The painting works have been started - paint spraying. The works resulting in enhanced insulation of corridor walls in flats, staircases and walls as well as the ceiling in the underground garage using the mineral wool as well as insulation works on balconies and loggias - metal works and bituminouswaterproofing. Sanitary installations are being installed - water, sewage and the underground garage as well as in flats, also electrical works - cabling of flats, which has been done up to floor +17. Telecom and IT network is being installed on an ongoing basis. The ventilation of building - air shafts have been installed up to floor +17. The roofing works have been started - the insulation of the roof has been done and the pressure layer - concrete levelling in approx. 70%. Insulation works are in place - external scaffolding has been put up and the insulation of the building has been started - Styrofoam and mineral wool. The eastern façade is finalized in 50% and the western one in 65%.

The process of land development has been completed, temporary access roads and the excavation for the foundation plates of buildings and its protection, diaphragm wall as well as the platform for heavy machinery used to build the diaphragm wall have been put in place.The construction of the diaphragm wall has been completed - it was dug out, reinforced and all the sections have been filled with concrete - around the entire perimeter of buildings 6.2 and 6.1. The top plate of the diaphragm wall has been done together with the elements for the reinforced concrete wall for buildings 6.2 and 6.1. The excavation works for 6.2 building from the side of the 6.3 building have been started, the stretchers of the diaphragm wall have been installed at the construction site of the 6.3 building.

The foundation for the crane has been performed.

The plastering works have been completed in 95% likewise the windows. Sanitary and electrical installations have been completed in 80% while the floors in 95%, tiles in staircases in 90%, entrance doors in 90% and sills in 95%. The facade of the building has been completed in 50% and the backfill in 100%.

The percentage of completion ratio of the Innova Appartments, buildings 6.5 and 6.4, amounts to 40%. In the building 6.5, construction of the top floor and the roof is at the completion stage. In the building 6.4 construction of the ninth floor is underway. At the same time, masonry work on the curtain, structural and partition walls of the lower floors is being done. Installation works and window fitting have been contracted.

The progress of work at Moderno Estate is estimated at 89%. The building is in the last stage of construction. Facade works are finished; the facade coating and installation of balcony railings and partitions on balconies. Horizontal branches and vertical stacks of the sanitary system in the building have been completed. Installation works in flats are in progress: water, drainage system, central heating. Heat meters and water meters are installed. Electrical works are in progress: sanitary fixtures and switchboard appurtenances are installed. Works related to the building ventilation have been completed and installation of ventilation ducts and roof fans has been finished. Tiling is installed in corridors, staircases and balconies. The progress of works in buildings 6.5. and 6.4. within Innova Apartments is estimated at 30 percent

Dear Sir/Madam,

The progress of works in buildings 6.5. and 6.4. within Innova Apartments is estimated at 30 percent. The general contractor has installed a fourth crane. Construction work at the building shell is conducted. In building 6.5 reinforced concrete elements of storey +1 along with the floor-ceiling assembly have been completed and set in concrete, reinforcement and concrete work on storey +2 is in progress. Building 6.4. - storey +2 has been finished and set in concrete as well as the walls and half of the floor-ceiling assembly over storey +3. At present, after the designer's approval, water pumping has been interrupted and installation of sheet piling has commenced. Look at the newest photos in the gallery.

Progress of construction works in B4 building – March/ April 2015

FPP informs that:

B4 building is 48% complete. The excavation , drainage, reinforced concrete structures and insulation of the underground parts are 100% completed, the backfill is 99% complete, the bricklaying - 95%, the roof insulation - 70%, external systems (sewage system and storm water drainage, water supply) are 80% complete, sanitary systems and ventilation are 30% complete, whereas the electrical systems are 20% complete.

Progress of construction works at Moderno Estate (Osiedle Moderno) – March 2015 

Wrocław, 12 March 2015

The progress of works carried out at Moderno Estate is estimated at 57% . The structure of the buildings has been completed, including the curtain walls. Some of the retaining walls at the west part of the building have been completed. Roof chimneys have been constructed and insulated. Insulation of the roof surface has started and the roof is 30% complete. Underground garage ceiling has been insulated and PVC window joinery is now installed. Works on aluminium window joinery and aluminium front façades are in progress. A scaffolding is being erected in order to start the insulation works on the front of the building. Horizontal sections of the sanitary system  in the garage are finished and  now vertical plumbing and the vent stacks are being installed. Currently, installation works in the apartments (water and sewage systems) and electrical works are carried out. Simultaneously, the plastering layers are being applied inside the apartments and in common areas.

Progress of construction works at Innova Apartments, buildings 6.4 and 6.5 (March 2015)

Buildings 6.4 and 6.5 at the Innova Apartments are 5% complete. The sheet pile walls have been put in place and now they are being anchored. Earthworks are 70% complete. A part of the foundation for the highest crane on the construction site is ready.

B4 building is 45% complete. The excavation , drainage, reinforced concrete structures and insulation of the underground parts are 100% completed, the backfill is 99% complete, the bricklaying - 90%, the roof insulation - 60%, external systems (sewage system and storm water drainage, water supply) are 80% complete, sanitary systems and ventilation are 20% complete, whereas the electrical systems are 10% complete.

Fadesa Polnord Polska Begins a New Project in Wrocław

Fadesa Polnord Polska, a Spanish-Polish company which for a decade has been successfully building residential projects in Wrocław and Warsaw, announced the beginning of construction work in the new project - Apartamenty Innova. The project is located at the intersection of Piękna and Jesionowa Streets in Wrocław's district of Krzyki.

The design of Apartamenty Innova was prepared by APA Hubka architecture studio, under the arrangements with the investor - FPP. The studio also developed the concept of Osiedle Innova residential estate, which has won several awards for the architectural arrangement.

- The uniqueness of Apartamenty Innova project is primarily shown in its location, the use of innovative and functional architectural solutions and layouts of the apartments. While working on the concept of the estate, we focused on the careful layout of the common areas to create the most convenient living conditions for the future residents. Similarly to all our projects, the estate provides direct access to recreational areas. Functional layouts of the apartments provide comfort by dividing interior design into day and night areas. Moreover, large windows are an asset which will let the residents enjoy the view from the upper floors - admits Małgorzata Gryc,  Sales and Marketing Director at Fadesa Polnord Polska.

The construction of Apartamenty Innova was launched at the end of November 2014. The general contractor is Maxbud ABJ Sp. z o.o. construction company. Completion of construction works is scheduled for IQ 2017.

In the first two buildings of various heights there will be 206 apartments ranging in size from 43 to 72 square meters.  In the building 6.5 the  apartments will be located on the 6 floors, and in the building 6.4  the view of the city will be visible from the 17th floor. All of the apartments have panoramic windows ensuring good sunlight and above-average ceiling height.

The space between the buildings will be filled with greenery including recreation places for the residents and the users of services provided on the premises of the estate. The beginning of the apartment sales is planned in March, 2015.

Apartamenty Innova estate is part of a coherent concept of spatial development within the range of Jesionowa, Piękna and Nyska Streets, administratively belonging to the district of Krzyki, but associated with downtown by the residents of Wrocław. In this area since 2010 FPP has been successfully implementing two other residential projects: Osiedle Moderno estate (158 apartments), the construction of which will last until III Q of 2015 and Osiedle Innova estate (531 apartments), which has already been completed. The new complex is a continuation and expansion of these projects.

One of the most important advantages of this location is a short distance from the city center - just 7 minutes. Wrocław's Main Square is just 4 km away. The estate is located 2 km from the main railway station and the central bus station. Bus and tram stops are located in close proximity to the estate. A primary school and a kindergarten as well as a newly built shopping center Arkady Wroclawskie are located in the immediate vicinity of the estate.

Well-developed urban and social infrastructure, provided by the nearby surroundings, gives residents a direct access to numerous retail and service points as well as health, education and sports facilities. Recreational areas and parks -  Park Wł. Andersa, Park Skowroni as well as Wrocław Water Park are a walking distance away from Apartamenty Innova.

About FADESA POLNORD POLSKA (FPP)

FPP was established in 2005, its shareholders are Spanish company MARTINSA-FADESA S.A .(51% of the capital) and Polish company POLNORD S.A. (49% of the capital). Opening of a new office in Wrocław

The purchase of a new plot in Wrocław

FPP informs:

  1. In April 2012 FPP acquired a new plot in Wrocław (in the district called Krzyki).
  2. FPP shall carry out the investment by means of a special-purpose vehicle company under the name 'Osiedle-Innova z.o.o.'. 531 apartments shall be built within the new housing estate called Osiedle-Innova (www.osiedle-innova.com).
  3. The Osiedle-Innova investment shall be financed by Bank PEKAO S.A.
  4. The newly acquired plot where the Osiedle Innova housing estate shall be built is adjacent to another plot that is also owned by FPP where additional 600 units shall be built.
  5. Since the beginning of its business activity, i.e. 2005 FPP has sold 1490 units out of which 1265 units have been put into use since then.
  6. In 2011 FPP sold 422 units (the net value, i.e. including cancelled transactions) and put into use 397 units whilst the turnover of the company amounted to 209 million PLN.

The purchase of a new plot in Wrocław

In April 2012 FADESA POLNORD POLSKA (hereinafter referred to as: 'FPP') signed an agreement to purchase a new building plot in Wrocław. The new plot with the total area of 6199 m² is located in the Wrocław district of Krzyki in Piękna street.

By means of a dependent company acting in Wrocław under the name of  OSIEDLE-INNOVA z.o.o., FPP intends to carry out an investment called OSIEDLE-INNOVA (www.osiedle-innova.com). The investment shall include the construction of a housing estate with 531 residential units which shall be carried out in seven phases. The first phase has already been delivered and the developer - OSIEDLE-INNOVA assumes that the second phase will be completed in the third quarter of 2012. In the third phase, which is still under construction, approximately 60% of work has been completed whilst the construction works are scheduled to be finalised in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Additionally in March of this year OSIEDLE-INNOVA commenced construction works of the fourth and fifth phase of the housing estate which in total will constitute of 184 flats.

The OSIEDLE-INNOVA investment is financed by Bank PEKAO S.A.

FPP intends to build additional 600 units by means of the special purpose vehicle company on the plot that is adjacent to the newly purchased land which is also the property of the company.

FPP has been present on the Polish market since 2005. It currently carries out an investment in Warsaw called Ostoja Wilanów (www.ostoja-wilanow.com) which comprises 2.000 units and an investment in Wrocław called Osiedle-Innova. Since the beginning of its activity FPP has sold 1490 units out of which 1264 unit shave been put into use so far.

In 2011 FPP sold 422 units (in 2010 this number amounted to 411 units) and put into use 397 units (a year earlier this number amounted to 259 units). The turnover of the company in 2011 amounted to 209 million PLN, which is 20% more than in the previous year (which back then amounted to 172 million PLN).
