The progress of work at Moderno Estate is estimated at 89%. The building is in the last stage of construction. Facade works are finished; the facade coating and installation of balcony railings and partitions on balconies. Horizontal branches and vertical stacks of the sanitary system in the building have been completed. Installation works in flats are in progress: water, drainage system, central heating. Heat meters and water meters are installed. Electrical works are in progress: sanitary fixtures and switchboard appurtenances are installed. Works related to the building ventilation have been completed and installation of ventilation ducts and roof fans has been finished. Tiling is installed in corridors, staircases and balconies. Installation of internal wooden joinery and of central heating radiators has been completed. Landscaping is in progress. Look at the newest photos in the gallery.
