Fadesa Polnord Polska (hereinafter "FPP") begins the sale of flats under phase VI of the housing estate "Ostoja Wilanów". To this day, it buyers were found for almost half of all apartments provided in the entire housing estate.

262 new apartments are now available in the offer of the company Fadesa Polnord Polska. The building, which construction has just begun, shall mostly comprise of small apartments - 1 - and 2-room, with an area above 37 square meters. Only 19 apartments in the building shall have between 75 to 143 sqm. All shall be delivered in developer standard.

- Price of flats in our latest offer allows to buy them within the frameworks of the program "Family on its Own". We offer the cheapest flats from PLN 7257 per 1 sqm. - Małgorzata Gryc, sales manager in FPP, emphasizes. The developer works with several banks offering preferential conditions to customers opting to buy flats in the VI stage of the investment. Such premises shall be completed at the turn of 2011 and 2012. 11 commercial premises were planned in stage VI. One of the is especially designed for kindergarten - scheduled for about 100 children, with a special garden.

Of the 1800 flats planned ultimately in the entire neighbourhood, nearly 900 have already been sold. Currently the offer of FPP covers 90 apartments ready to move in right away. Also the central park with a picturesque lake and charming wooden bridges was delivered to the residents. In the coming months there is scheduled the opening of a park, which shall include a unique ancient forest and ecological nature trail for children. Green areas of "Ostoja Wilanów" are available only for residents of the housing estate.
